Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. To cancel, log in to your account and go to My Orders, or contact our customer support team at 1800-123-4567.

How to Cancel

Log in to your BikashMart account
Go to My Orders section
Find the order you wish to cancel
Click on Cancel Order button
Select a reason for cancellation
Confirm cancellation

Refund for Cancellations

If your order is cancelled within the eligible time, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or as store credit.

Partial Cancellation

You can cancel individual items from your order while keeping the rest. The refund will be adjusted accordingly. Delivery charges are non-refundable for partial cancellations.

Non-Cancellable Items

Items that have already been dispatched
Perishable and personalized items
Items purchased during flash sales (unless damaged)
Gift cards and store credits
